N1 Class Enrollment

2025-2026-N1 Admission Information and Interview Arrangements

Enrollment Age:

2 to 3 years old *Children must be born on or before December 31, 2023 to enroll in N.1 class.

(Children must be at least 2 years old at the time of enrollment)

Enrollment.:

Whole-day class (1 class, 14 students), morning class (2 classes, 28 students), afternoon class (2 classes, 28 students)

I. How to Obtain Admission Forms (no quota for admission forms)

  1.  For online application, there is no need to download and obtain the admission form.
  2. Download the application form from the school’s website (after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024)
  3. Visit our school to obtain the application form

II. Date and Time of Distribution of Application Forms
    September 3, 2024 (Tue) to September 20, 2024 (Fri)

    Monday through Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Saturday – 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

    (Except Sundays and Public Holidays)

III. Date and Time for Online Enrollment

      September 3, 2024 (Tue) 9:00 am to September 20, 2024 (Fri) 4:00 pm

IV. Date and time for submitting enrollment form in person to the school

      September 3, 2024 (Tue) to September 20, 2024 (Fri)

     Monday through Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

     Saturday – 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

    (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

V. Enrollment Methods

  1. Online Enrollment
    Parents can apply directly at https://spccskg.cloudoase.com 
    to complete the enrollment process.
    (If you have already completed the online application, you do not need to submit the form in person.)
  2. Submit the enrollment application form in person (mailed applications are not accepted).
    The enrollment application form must be accompanied by the enrollment fee and the following documents:

    a) Application fee of $40 (cash only, please prepare $40 in banknotes in order to avoid the time required for renewal)

    b) A recent photo (within the last 3 months) to be affixed on the enrollment form.

    c) Photocopy of birth certificate (birth certificate) (original birth certificate must be presented for verification)
    Remarks: If the applicant is not born in Hong Kong, parents should submit other supporting documents to show            that the child is eligible to apply for enrollment
    (The original copy of the certificate must be produced for verification by the school).

    d) If the applicant child has already obtained an infant baptismal certificate, please attach a photocopy of the infant baptismal certificate (the original copy of the certificate must be produced for verification by the school).

    e) If the child has been baptized, please attach a photocopy of the infant baptism certificate (the original baptism certificate must be presented to the school for verification). If the child has not been baptized, a certificate of infant baptism is not required.
    The enrollment fee, enrollment form, and all documents will not be returned once paid.

  3. When parents submit the enrollment form, please make sure that the enrollment form has been completed and that all the above required documents are available.

VI. Admission Criteria

  1. Performance in the video
  2. Applicant’s sibling(s) currently studying in our school will be given priority consideration.
    (Please note that due to the limited number of places, not all applicants who meet the priority criteria will be admitted.)

VII. Admission Arrangement

Format: Parents will make a 2-minute or less video for the children.

– Children responding to parents’ simple questions about daily life.

– Children playing with toys/teaching aids.

– Interaction between children and parents

Date and method of submission: Monday, October 28, 2024 to Saturday, November 2, 2024 online.

*Details will be notified by email/post after submission.

VIII. Admission Announcement Date

Parents will be notified of the admission result by email/post on December 2, 2024 (Monday).

IX. Registration Procedures for Admitted Students

Please visit our school on December 7 (Sat), 2024 from 8:30am to 11:30am or December 9 (Mon) to December 10 (Tue), 2024 from 8:30am to 2:30pm to complete the registration process. For Child Care Centers, the registration fee is $970 for half-day classes and $1570 for full-day classes (this fee will be refunded in September 2025).

All fees will not be refunded if a child abandons his/her confirmed enrollment.

Remarks: 1) All admitted N1 students will need to re-enroll and arrange interviews to wait for our DE (half-day) or C (full-day) K1 (Kindergarten place) in the future.

2) Our school does not have any part-time places for special learning needs.

3) Our school has a nanny van service, but the transportation route is only available in some areas of Tuen Mun (Enquiry Tel: 9431 0870).
